Research:

I am a PhD student at Newcastle University in the field of cosmology. Working in the Mathematics & Statistics department, I study the inflationary period which immediately followed the Hot Big Bang, in particular my current work involves placing theoretical limits on the non-Gaussianity expected in the Cosmic Microwave Background fluctuations; currently a very exciting subject thanks to recent and forthcoming satellite data.

More information on what I do and the background to my research (including an explanation of some of the terms!) can be found in the links to the right, along with information on my previous courses.
